No Fear
'The Girl' went to see Santa today and just like last year, she had absolutely no fear of him. I was a bit worried that she might be that child who screams and and wails to be retrieved from the chubby guy with a load of cotton balls all over his face. But no. She went right to him, smiled and gave him a nice little cuddle. I'm wondering if I should maybe start training her about the fact that not all strangers will climb down the chimney with a sack full of toys if you simply sit on their lap and tell them what you want.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

she takes such a good picture! a happy belated birthday to Avery and a Merry Christmas to you and yours!!

Oh bless her! I didn't manage to take Caitlin to see Santa although Sam saw one at pe-school and one at the church party (neither very "lifelike"! But as Caitlin goes to all men quite happily, I'm sure she'd have no problem. Last year Sam was too freaked to go too close but held his arm out as far as he could stretch to take the present without going too near!!! Happy Christmas!

What a cutie! And so brave! :) My little girl took Santa very seriously- the most we got was a teeny tiny half smile after the camera-guy gave her a bear, but at least she didn't cry.
Merry Christmas!
