Pass the Malt Vinegar

You know the silver outline of a fish people have on the back of their cars - Rob likes to call them Jesus Fish? Well, yesterday I was driving behind a car that had one right above their license plate and I've seen many offshoots of these things, like when people have 'Darwin' in the center of them, or a crucifix, etc. The person in this car obviously decided to go the humor route and had 'n'Chips' in the center of her fish. I can't even think of it without laughing. I thought it was witty and ridiculously humorous, and I don't know if everyone else will find it as humorous as I do but I just love anything that gives me a good moment of laughter in my day.

K has had that exact one on the back of his car since we got back from England. He was known as a bit of an agitator in Cow Town (aka Bible Belt) driving around with it. But we LOVE it!

I'm utterly offended!

That is SO funny! Where can I get one???? I saw one (not with chips) on a garden gate the other day. What's THAT about???

What I'm Reading

  • Dr. Seuss: Horton Hears a Who
Because I'm a mommy and who am I to deprive her of Dr. Seuss.
  • John Grisham: The Innocent Man
A true story about a man convicted of a crime he didn't commit. Gripping and terrifying.
  • Khaled Hosseini: The Kite Runner
I've already read A Thousand Splendid Suns by the same author but have not read the Kite Runner. I've heard it is even more amazing than Splendid Suns so I am looking forward to beginning it.

What I'm Listening To

  • Colbie Caillat -

    Colbie Caillat: Coco
I just purchased this CD after it was reviewed on a local radio station the other day. Easily, one of the best CDs I have purchased in a long time.
